摘要
纯棉高支纱是上海二棉创优产品,长期以来一直使用弹性针布。近年来改用新型金属针布取得成功。试验表明:2525系列锡林金属针布比2820系列工艺效果好;SFC—19新型盖板针布与652盖板相比,具有不嵌破籽,防轧,防绕,针抗弯性好,使用寿命长等特点。这两种新型针布是纺纯棉高支纱的新产品。
Fine Pure Cotton yarns,the outstanding products of Shanghai No.2 Cotton Mill,had been produced by using flexible clothing for a long term.Recent years,new types of MCC have been choosen for fine yarns'production and suc- ceeded.The experiments show that 2525 series MCC for cylinder have better technological effects than those of 2820 series and the novel SFC-19 flat cloth- ing,compared with 652 flat clothing,possesses the advantages of no inset of seed coat fragments,good resistance to milling and winding,good bending strength of the fillet pins,long service life etc.So they are the new card clothing for spinning fine pure cotton yarns.
