摘要
本文针对熔模铸造存在型壳三维造型困难和由于铸件壁薄导致其网格数增加、模拟所需时间长的不足 ,而在其凝固过程拟实仿真系统中采用型壳自动生成技术与变网格技术 ;一方面可以减少用户三维造型的工作量 ,另一方面可以大大缩短计算时间。实践证明采用型壳自动生成技术与变网格技术的凝固过程拟实仿真系统对实际生产更具有指导意义。
For solving problems of 3D modeling difficulty of shell,of increasing meshes for thin wall castings and of long time needed by simulation in investment casting,techniques of shell auto generating and variable dimension mesh,which can not only reduce work of 3D modeling but also shorten calculation time,have been applied during the research and development on solidification process emulation system.Practice has proven an emulation system with such technique to be more useful.
