SDS导丝胶辊为英国斯克格SDS系列高速纺涤纶长丝假捻机用器材。对该胶辊进行了消化吸收,井研制了国产SDS导丝胶辊。介绍了国产导丝胶辊的配方设计,耐油试验,工艺措施。该胶辊已在苏、辽、浙、闽、粤等省广泛使用,适纺的加弹丝质量,接近或达到进口导丝胶辊纺制水平,符合纺织部FJ554—86优等或一等标准。

SDS rubber guide roller is one part of the high speed false twisting machine of SDS series imported from England.Wuxi No.2 Rubber Plant have digested such roller and developed SDS rubber guide roIler of their own.This thesis introduces the design of the formula of the roller,the oil resistance test and the technical steps.The domestic SDS rubber guide rollers have been already widely used in Jiangsu,Liaoning,Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong Provinces. The qualities of the bulked continuous filament yarns are close or up to the level of those yarns spun with the imported rubber guide rollers and conform to the standards of excellent or first-grade product stipulated in FJ 554-88 Standard issued by Chinese Ministry of Textile Industry.
