Easy hurt and fat damage of doffer's MCC in CZ 191 dressing machine have been a long-standing con picuous problem in many ramie mills over whole China,which not only impare the production quallty,but also cause more con- sumptions of MCC.This paper inquirs theoretically into the protection of dof- fer's MCC and raise some effective measures to protect the MCC,thereby to improve the quality of slivers and reduce the consumption of MCC.
