摘要
随着企业经营市场的不断扩大 ,企业需要服务的客户分布得越来越广 ,如何及时有效地向这些客户提供服务是一个值得重视的问题。同时 ,电子商务的运作也需要向远程的贸易伙伴提供有效的服务。本文介绍制造企业远程服务的概念、一般系统组成以及对制造企业产生的影响 ;并介绍了在上海大众实施的一个远程服务系统。
This paper outlines ISDN and Videoconference System.Based on ISDN technology,this paper provides two methods of Videoconference system applied to Manufacture Enterprise Teleservice,one is Point to Point method,the other is Browser/Server method.
