一种节省面积的矩阵控制PDP行驱动电路

摘要 提出了一种适用于PDP行驱动电路的矩阵控制方法,并设计了行驱动逻辑控制电路。与常规的控制方法相比,矩阵控制方法使高压MOS管的数量减少70%以上,极大地减小了芯片面积。仿真结果表明,采用该矩阵控制方法的PDP行驱动电路,在减小芯片面积的同时,实现了移位寄存输出96位的功能,仿真结果与理论分析一致。 A novel matrix control approach for PDP scan driver was proposed, and a logic control circuit was designed for scan driver. Compared with the conventional control method, the number of high voltage MOS transistors was reduced by 70%, and so the chip area was reduced drastically. Simulation results, which were in good agreement with theoretical analysis, showed that the PDP scan driver circuit using the proposed matrix drive achieved 96-hit output of shift register with reduced chip area.
