0.18μm CMOS单电流源模式LVDS驱动器设计

摘要 设计了一款单电流源模式低电压差分信号(LVDS)驱动器。采用反馈控制电路,以降低工艺、电压和温度变化引起的输出电平波动,电路稳定在规定的范围内。采用0.18μm CMOS工艺设计,仿真结果表明,驱动器工作速率可以达到660Mb/s,差分输出信号摆幅为320mV。 A single current source LVDS driver was designed based on 0. 18μm CMOS process, in which closed- loop control circuit was adopted to reduce fluctuation of output level due to variations in process, supply voltage, and temperature, making the circuit stabilized in the specified range. Simulation results showed that the LVDS driver, which operated at 660 Mb/s with random data patterns, achieved a differential output voltage of 320 mV.
