摘要
介绍了苄基胂酸的合成研究。胂化反应选择弱碱性环境下进行,反应温度为75±5℃、反应时间为5~8h、氯化苄与亚砷酸钠质量比为1:1或1:1.1。得到苄基胂酸产品质量分数90%以上,实收率大于80%,苄基胂酸无机砷质量分数小于0.5%。并且通过母液回用可以使含砷母液得到充分回收利用。
This paper overviewed the experiment on optimizing of benzyl arsenic acid synthesis craft. Arsonation should be selected in weak alkaline environment, the reaction temperature was 75 ±5℃, the re- action time ranged from 5 to 8 hours, the concentration ratio of sodium arsenite and benzyl chloride was 1 : 1 or 1: 1. lmoL/L. The results showed that the content of Benzyl arsenic was more than 90%, the actual yield was more than 80% , and the content of inorganic arsenic of benzyl arsenic was less than 0.5%. Arsenic- containing mother liquor could be fully recycled through cycling the mother liquor to reduce the amount of ar- senic trioxide inputs and reduce production costs as well.
