摘要 随着炼化厂制氢装置的发展,制氢装置中CO2的回收利用,成为炼化厂节能减排的重要途径。介绍了制氢装置工艺,探讨了装置中CO2的来源,分析了PSA尾气和燃烧炉尾气中CO2回收的必要性,讨论了几种回收工艺的特点,综述了近年国内炼化厂制氢装置中CO2回收的进展情况。 With the development of refinery hydrogen production device, recycling utilization of CO2 becomes an important way of energy saving and emission reduction. This paper briefly introduced the tech- nology of hydrogen production device, discussed the source device CO2 , analyzed the necessity of recycle CO2 from PSA tail gas and combustion furnace exhaust gas, reviewed the progress of CO2 recycle hydrogen production device in domestic refineries, discussed the characteristics of several recovery process, pointed out that the Recycling Utilization of C02 from the Refinery Hydrogen Production Device has good economic and social benefits, and should be vigorously promoted.
