纬三重织物按行轧板的纹板数据提取方法

An Approach to Retrieving Pattern Card Data from Point Paper for Tri-Weft Fabric for Weft Line Punching

本文提出一种纬三重织物按行轧板的纹板数据提取方法;将一纬丝意匠组织数据转换为相应的花针数据;将棒刀组织、边针组织、彩抛纬线数目转换为棒刀针、边针、换道针数据。该方法具有一定实用价值,且已成功地用于一种微机的全自动轧板系统。

Based on various demands on pattern card structures,the author presents an approach totaking pattern card data from point paper of tri-weft fabric for weft line punching,trans-forming one weft llne of pattern weave into the data for patterning needle,and the bannister-shaft,seledge needle weaves as well as the extra weft number into the data for bannister-shaft,seledge and weft changing needles.The presented approach is valuable in practice andhasbeen sucessfully used in a micro-computer confrolled automatic pattern card punchin-gsystem.
