摘要
目的:观察妇炎宁片对细菌性盆腔炎大鼠免疫功能及盆腔炎症的影响。方法:将70只SD系清洁级雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、假手术组、模型对照组、妇科千金片组、妇炎宁片低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。对除空白对照组及假手术组外的其余5组大鼠运用"混合菌接种法"进行细菌性盆腔炎模型制备。造模结束后对各组大鼠进行相应药物治疗,连续10d。末次给药1h后腹腔注射3%鸡红细胞悬液2mL,4h后取眼球血、腹水检测大鼠免疫功能,精确切取输卵管、子宫、卵巢,光镜下观察其病理改变。结果:与空白对照组、假手术组比较,模型对照组大鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率与巨噬细胞吞噬能力下降,输卵管、子宫病理炎症程度增强,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),表明造模成功;卵巢未见明显炎症变化。与模型对照组比较,妇炎宁片低、中、高剂量组大鼠免疫功能显著提高,盆腔炎症显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:妇炎宁片能提高细菌性盆腔炎大鼠免疫功能,改善子宫、输卵管炎症,对盆腔炎有明显的治疗作用。
Objective : To observe the effects of Fuyanning tablets on the immune function and pelvic inflammation in rats with bacte- rial pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods:Seventy female Sprague -Dawley rats (clean grade)were randomly and equally divid- ed into blank control group, sham- operation group, model control group, Fuke Qianjin tablet group, and low - , middle - , and high - dose Fuyanning tablet groups. A rat model of PID was established by inoculation of mixed bacteria in all groups except blank control group and sham -operation group. Then,all groups received respective medicines for 10 d. At 1 h after the last administration,3% suspension of chicken red blood cells (2 ml)was given by intraperitoneal injection;4 h later,ocular blood and peritoneal fluid were collected to evaluate the immune function ;the fallopian tube,uterus,and ovary were precisely cut off and then observed under a light microscope. Results:Compared with the blank control group and sham- operation group,the model control group had significantly reduced erythrocyte -C3b receptor rosette rate and phagocytic capacity of macrophages and significantly increased inflammation of the fallopian tube and uterus (P 〈 0. O1 or P 〈 0. 05), so the rat model of PID was successfully established;the ovary showed no significant inflammatory changes. Compared with the model control group,the low- ,middle- ,and high- dose Fuyauning tablet groups had significantly improved immune function and significantly reduced pelvic inflammation (P 〈 0. O1 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion :Fuyanning tablets can improve immune function and reduce inflammation of the fallo- pian tube and uterus in rats with bacterial PID and have a significant therapeutic effect on this disease.
