摘要
研究了真空悬浮定向凝固工艺生产的稀土磁致伸缩材料的热处理及其对材料组织、性能的影响。结果表明 ,定向凝固工艺生产的材料可以沿轴向形成择优取向 ;在 90 0~ 95 0℃范围内 ,保温 1~ 2h退火后 ,可以明显提高材料的λ和 (dλ/dH)值 。
This paper deals with the heat treatment on rare earth magnetostriction material and its influence on the structure and properties.By means of metallograph and X ray diffraction analysis,results showed that the materials produced by directional solidification form a preferred orientation along axes.After annealed at the temperature between 900℃ and 950℃ for 1~2 hours,the process can significantly increase the values of λ and (d λ /d H )and improve the magnetostriction materials properties.
