摘要
从环保、质量和处理工艺的角度对传统磷化配方及处理工艺进行了大胆的创新,用新的磷化促进剂取代了毒性和污染较大的亚硝酸钠及硝酸镍等传统磷化促进剂,既保证了质量又保护了环境,为发展我国新一代环保型磷化液进行了有益的探索。
A bold innovation against the formula and deposition process of the traditional phosphating solution was introduced in this paper, the poisonous and pollutant phosphating promoters, such as NaNO2 and Ni(NO3)2 were replaced. The application of new phosphating promoter was beneficial to exploring and developing a new generation of environmental-prolection type phosphating solution at low temperature.
