液力变矩器数值模拟中近壁处理方法影响的研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Effects of Near-wall Treatment Schemes on Numerical Simulation of Torque Converter

摘要 采用两种近壁处理方法对某型液力变矩器的单流道模型进行数值模拟,并与试验数据进行对比。结果表明,在相同的边界条件下,使用标准壁面函数和增强壁面处理,所得计算结果与试验数据基本相同,均满足工程需要;但增强壁面处理的模拟结果更接近于试验值,即能更准确反映叶片附近的流动特性。 Two near-wall treatment schemes are used to conduct numerical simulations on the single runner model for a torque converter with their results compared to test data. The outcomes show that under the same bound- ary conditions, both the standard wall function and the enhanced wall treatment yield similar results and meet engi- neering requirements, but the latter is closer to test data, demonstrating its higher accuracy in reflecting the flow characteristics in the vicinity of blades.
