摘要
在介绍了车用电磁制动器的基本原理后,基于电磁理论推导了电磁制动器的气隙磁感应强度、制动功率和制动力的计算公式。采用计算公式对缓速器性能进行计算,结果与实验数据基本一致,说明此计算方法可行,可为电磁制动器的设计提供参考。
After the basic principle of vehicle electromagnetic brake is presented, the calculation formulae for air-gap magnetic induction, braking power and braking force of electromagnetic brake are derived based on electromagnetics theory. By using these formulae, the performance of retarder is calculated with results basically agreeing with experiment data, demonstrating the feasibility of the calculation method given, providing references for the design of electromagnetic brake.
