摘要
以离子热法合成了多级孔铁磷铝分子筛FeAPO-5H,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、电子自旋共振(ESR)和等离子发射光谱(ICP)等表征手段对分子筛样品进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的FeAPO-5H分子筛样品结晶度高,具有微孔-中孔的多级孔结构,样品中的铁物种主要以骨架Fe物种为主。为了对比和讨论在苯酚羟基化中的催化活性,以水热法合成了微孔铁磷铝分子筛FeAPO-5,同时考察了它们对苯酚羟基化反应的催化性能。结果表明在相近铁含量的情况下,多级孔铁磷铝分子筛比微孔铁磷铝分子筛具有更优异的催化效果。同时该催化剂具有一定的催化稳定性。
Two kinds of iron-containing molecular sieve catalysts (FeAlPO-5H and FeAlPO-5) were prepared by ionothermal synthesis and direct hydrothermal synthesis, and characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption/desorption, electron spin resonance (ESR) and inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP). The measurement results show that FeAlPO-5H is a new type of aluminophosphate molecular sieve with hierarchical micro-and meso-porous structure, and degree of crystallinity of FeAlPO-5H is high. The Fe3+species in FeAlPO-5H is almost in framework. The catalytic performance of FeAlPO-5H for phenol hydroxylation is higher than that of FeAlPO-5.
