气相丙烯反应釜D203工况变化的原因分析及对策

摘要 针对洛阳石化HYPOL工艺聚丙烯装置气相反应釜(D203)换热器(E203)快速堵塞的现象,从己烷中水含量、原料丙烯砷含量、丙烯循环系统中水含量以及新产品开发等因素进行原因分析并提出对策。研究表明:新产品F301L的试生产是导致E203加速堵塞的直接原因,原料丙烯的砷含量较高是加快恶化的根本原因。根据生产经验,AL/TI(mol)适宜控制在40以上,当原料丙烯砷含量持续较高时(≥0.2ppm,wt),应及时提高助催化剂(AT)用量。 Aiming at the fast blocking phenomenon of heat exchanger in gas phase reactor (D203) of polypropylene plant with Hypol process in Luoyang petrochemical company, the causes were analyzed from the aspects of water content in hexane, arsenic content in propylene, water content in propylene circulation system, and new product development;the countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that the immediate cause of the fast blocking phenomenon was the trial production of new product (F301L), and the root cause was the high arsenic content in propylene. On the basis of experience, AL/TI(mol) should be controlled more than 40,the amount of cocatalyst (AT) should be increased immediately when the arsenic content in propylene is more than 0.2ppm(wt).
