Analysis of maloperation of the check valve resulting in higher water temperature for DF_(4D) locomotives

针对DF4D型机车的一次机破事故 ,详细分析了由于误操作冷却水系统截止阀而造成“水温高”的故障根源 ,并提出了有关DF4D型机车冷却系统的一些改进意见和建议。

Higher water temperature was the reason of a DF 4D locomotive failure. The reason of higher water temperature resulted in by maloperation of the check valve in the water cooling system was analyzed in detail. Some improvement suggestions of DF 4D locomotive cooling systems were proposed.
