呼吸内科120例老年患者下呼吸道感染病原菌及耐药分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解我院呼吸内科老年下呼吸道感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法收集120例呼吸科住院老年患者的合格痰标本,进行统计学分析。结果检测出革兰阴性菌169株,占82.03%,前三位分别为铜绿假单胞菌(32.04%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(15.53%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(13.59%);革兰阳性菌12株,占5.82%,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主;真菌25株,占12.14%,以白色念珠菌为主;药敏试验示革兰阴性菌中,亚胺培南耐药率最低;革兰阳性菌中,金黄色葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺和万古霉素无耐药。结论呼吸科老年患者下呼吸道感染主要病原菌为革兰阴性杆菌,其次为真菌和革兰阳性菌,细菌耐药现象严峻,需要进一步规范抗生素的应用,减少耐药菌的产生。
