摘要
介绍了第一次全国水利普查贺州基层水利服务体系的组成及其基本情况,分析了这些单位在组织机构、人员素质、服务能力、运转资金等方面存在的问题,并探讨了该市基层水利服务体系建设的对策。
An introduction was made on the structure and status of basiclevel water conservancy service system in Hezhou as shown by the results of the first China census for water, based on which the author analyzed the prob lems existing in structure, personnel quality, service capability, operation funds etc., and probed into the counter measures for construction of basiclevel water conservancy service system in Hezhou City.
