介绍了北海市第一次全国水利普查水利工程及管理的成果,分析了北海市水利工程运行管理中存在的问题,探讨了加强水利工程规范化管理的措施及对策。

An introduction was made on the census results of water projects and administration in Beihai City, one of the components of the first China census for water, based on which the author analyzed the problems existing in operation and administration of water projects in Beihai City, and discussed the countermeasures for strengthening standard administration of water projects.
