浅论医患信任之重建

Discussions on the Reconstruction of Doctor-patient Trust

医患信任是和谐医患关系的重要保证,但是,近些年来,医患之间的信任基础不断遭到损害,甚至出现了信任危机。无疑,这有悖于社会的前进方向,有悖于社会的伦理诉求,有悖于构建良好的社会秩序。本文在探究影响医患信任原因的基础上,提出了加强医学知识的科普宣传、培养医务人员的人文素养、加强医药卫生法制建设、充分整合社会资源、加强医患沟通等重建医患信任的建议。

Doctor-patient trust is the important guarantee of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, however, in recent years, the trust between doctors and patients is being continuously damaged, and even the crisis of trust arose, which undoubtedly goes against the orientation of social development; goes against social ethical demands; goes against the construction of a good social order. Based on the exploration of the influential factors of doctor- patient trust, the author puts forward the following suggestions to reconstruct doctor-patient trust： to strengthen the spread of medical knowledge; to cultivate medical staff＇s humanistic quality; to strengthen the construction of medical health legal system; to fully integrate social resources; to promote the doctor-patient communication, etc..
