颞骨双排螺旋CT低剂量扫描的应用价值

Application of Low Dose Helical CT Scanning of Temporal Bone

目的:探讨颞骨双排螺旋CT低剂量扫描的应用价值。方法:将笔者所在医院48例做颞骨CT的患者分成对照组和观察组。对照组进行双排螺旋CT常规量扫描,观察组进行双排螺旋CT低剂量扫描。对两组所得图像,由放射科两名主任进行对比。结果:两组图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:颞骨双排螺旋CT低剂量扫描能够在保证图像质量的前提下,减少受检患者的辐射量。

Objective：To explore the application value of low dose helical CT scanning of temporal bone.Method：48 cases in our hospital for temporal bone CT were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was double row spiral CT routine scanning,the observation group were low dose scan of double helical CT.Images of two groups were compared which were diagnosised by two director of radiology.Result：The image quality in two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Low dose helical CT scanning of temporal bone in the premise of ensuring the image quality,can reduce the amount of radiation detection for patients.
