摘要
本文描述纺丝张力对芳纶Ⅱ纤维结构和性能的影响,并与高速纺和热处理芳纶纤维作对比。结果表明:纺丝张力的增加,纤维的力学性能明显改善,使一步法可纺制接近芳纶Ⅱ-4型纤维。纤维的取向度、内应力、晶胞C 轴尺寸、晶格热收缩模量、结晶度增加,而晶粒尺寸,次晶结构参数则随张力增加而下降。改变张力销位置和角度可控制纺丝张力的大小。
The effects of spinning tension on structure and properties of aramid fibre were reportedin detail in this paper.The modulus and strength of the fibre rise with the increase ofspinning tension,so that aramid 49 can be obtained by one step method.Meanwhile,the degreeof orientation,internal stress,C-axis of unit cell and thermal shrinking modulus of crystallineregion increase with the enhancement of tension and crystalline size and paracrystallinityparameter decrcase with the increase of tension.
