本文介绍了真丝柔软剂DF-4的研制与应用。该柔软剂不仅适用于真丝,而且适用于仿真丝,人丝、涤棉等,不仅能有效地改善织物手感,而且其抗静电、耐洗、对染色牢度的影响等性能都优于日本柔软剂Bicron33N。本文还对各应用工厂的试验数据与经济效益作了对比分析,阐明了DF-4柔软剂的使用价值。

In this paper,the preparation and application of silk softener DF-4 are discussed.Theexperiment results show that this softener is suitable not only for real silk,but also forartifical silk,rayon,and polyester/cotton blends.The handle of fabric finished with thissoftener can also be improved.The properties of DF-4 such as antistatic,wash durability anddye fastness are better than those of bricon 33N(Japan).The xperimented data from applica-tion factories and the economicibenefits of this product are analysed.The evaluation of thisproduct is also made for its application.
