某新建机组420 t/h锅炉在运行过程中多次出现主汽温度骤降的现象,通过运行调整并对比运行参数发现,主汽温度骤降的原因是主蒸汽带水,而通过理论分析和实地勘察,确认主蒸汽带水是由于汽包内旋风汽水分离器脱落导致汽水分离能力降低造成的。

The main steam temperature suddenly dropped many times in the operation of a new set of 420 t/h boiler. The comparison of operation parameters indicates that the main steam with water is the cause of its dip. The theoretical analysis and on-the-spot inspection showed that the main steam with water is due to the lower separation ability which is caused by steam separators dropping from the original position in quantity.
