东风_4D型客运内燃机车的运用、改进和启示

Applications,improvements and lessons of DF_4D passenger diesel locomotives

介绍东风4D型客运内燃机车截止到 1998年 6月底在各段的保有量、走行公里、1998年上半年机破和临修件数及 10万公里件数 ;对上海机务段、石家庄机务段及沈阳机务段 1998年上半年 ,长沙机务段及济南机务段自配属以来截止到 1998年 6月底东风4D型机车的机破、临修进行了统计 ,从中总结出东风4D型机车的惯性故障为活塞碎裂、踏面剥离、轮箍裂纹及从动齿轮断齿等 ,指出了故障原因。介绍了大连机车车辆厂为解决上述问题所采取的措施。最后由东风4D型机车机破率逐年降低 ,机车逐渐走向成熟的过程归纳出了几点启示。

The number and running kilometers of locomotives by June,1998,and the numbers of locomotive failures and minor repairs (respectively total and in the 100000 kilometers) during the first half of 1998 of DF\-\{4D\} passenger diesel locomotives in each locomotive depot were presented.The statistics of locomotive failures and minor repairs of DF\-\{4D\} locomotives were made respectively for Shanghai Locomotive Depot,Shijiazhuang Locomotive Depot and Sheyang Locomotive Depot in the first half of 1998,and for Changsha Locomotive Depot and Jinan Locomotive Depot by June,1998.It was concluded that the routine failures of DF\-\{4D\} locomotives were damage of pistons,peel of wheel treads,cracks of wheel tyres and breaks of teeth of driven gears and the reasons for failures were pointed out.The measures taken by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works to solve these problems were given.Finally,Some lessons were induced from the process of the annual decrease of DF\-\{4D\} locomotive failure rate and DF\-\{4D\} locomotives getting better gradually.\;
