摘要 用CAN(硝酸铈铵)作为氧化剂,快速有效的将二氢嘧啶酮氧化成嘧啶酮衍生物。产物结构经MS和NMR表征确认。 An efficient and operationally simple method for the dehydrogenation of dihydropyrimidinone to ketone pyrimidone derivatives has been developed using CAN. The product structure was characterized by MS and NMR.
