摘要
针对多品种变批量特性的拉链生产,设计其生产计划模型和优化方法并进行仿真实验。设计生产计划模型步骤分为两步:首先确定多品种变批量产品分成子批后的生产序列;然后提出确定子批序列的生产计划模型。根据生产计划模型,提出一种多种群遗传算法求解该模型,最后进行仿真实验并进行结果分析,验证算法的有效性,实现生产计划优化。
The paper presents the process of designing the production planning model , optimization method and simulation experiment for multispecies and varying - quantity zipper. It is divided into two steps to make production planning model: Firstly, sure the child' s production sequence for muhispecies and varying - quantity production. Secondly, put forward the production planing model of the child' s sequence. The paper proposes a new multiple population genetic algorithm to solve the model , and makes simulation experiment. Result analysis verifies the validity of the algorithm and implements production planning optimization.
