摘要
在工业中提高燃料的燃烧率以及保证锅炉的高效运行都需要对烟气中二氧化碳的含量进行测量。在热导式原理的基础上利用光纤Bragg光栅对温度的敏感特性研制了一种热导式光纤Bragg光栅二氧化碳分析仪,通过检测光纤Bragg光栅中心波长的移位量实现对二氧化碳体积百分比含量的测量。测试实验表明,二氧化碳百分比含量从0到20%,从20%到80%以及从80%到100%时,光纤Bragg光栅的中心波长变化量分别为0.020 nm、0.116 nm、0.015 nm,在含量达到100%之后中心波长趋于平稳。
In the industry, it needs to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide in flue gas to improve fuel combustion rate and ensure the efficient running of boiler. On the basis of the principle of thermal conductivity, the author has developed a kind of thermal conductance optical fiber Bragg grating Carbon dioxide analyzer by taking the advantage of the sensitive characteristics of optical fiber Bragg grating to temperature. By means of test the center wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating to get the measurement of Carbon dioxide volume percent content. The test result shows that when the Carbon dioxide content percentage change from 0 to 20% , from 20% to 80% and from 80% to 100% ,the variation of the optical fiber Bragg grating center wavelength is 0. 020 nm,0. 116 nm and 0. 015 nm. It is not until the content reached 100% ,the center wavelength tends to be stable.
