摘要
为了解决三相交流小功率电机的变频驱动问题,设计了一款三相交流变频波形发生器。首先根据单片机片内模拟数字转换器(ADC)模块测量输入信号的变化情况,利用直接频率合成(DDS)技术与单片机片内查表方法获取期望输出波形参数,并通过单片机输出驱动多路数字模拟变换器(DAC)输出三相频率随输入信号的变化而相应发生改变的交流信号,成功的实现了三相交流小功率电动机(如仪表、风扇等)的变频驱动,从而在频率合成产品的研制上完成了新的实现方法。
To solve the problem of variable frequency driving of three phase small power motor,a three-phase variable frequency alternating current generator was designed. At first,the values of analog signal were sampled by the analog to digital converter( ADC) module of the MCU. Then,the principle of DDS was used and the expectation waveform data was obtained from the data table of MCU memory. At last,through MCU outputs the data to the multichannel digital to analog converter( DAC) chip,the waveform of variable frequency was produced. The waveform was used to drive three phase alternating current motor successfully,such as instrument motor,fan motor and so on. A new method of frequency synthesis was obtained.
