摘要
在黄骅港煤码头三期工程储煤筒仓的钻孔灌注桩基础施工中,采用后注浆法施工工艺对大直径钻孔灌注桩施工中存在的桩底沉渣和桩侧泥皮过厚等质量缺陷进行修复,可大幅提高桩基础的承载能力。重点介绍后注浆法加强桩基承载力的工作原理、施工要点和常见问题的处理方法,可供同类大直径钻孔灌注桩基础工程施工参考。
In the construction of drilled cast-in-place pile foundation under the coal silo of Huanghua Coal Terminal Phase-3 project, post-grouting technology is adopted to renovate the quality defects existed in the construction of large-diameter drilled cast-in-place piles, such as settled material at the bottom of pile and thicker mud coat at the side of pile, which can increase the bearing capacity of pile foundation to a large extent. Now the principle of work, construction key points detail for post-grouting method strengthening for similar projects. and the measures to deal with common problems are introduced in the bearing capacity of pile foundation, which will provide references
