老年公寓外环境康复支持性评价指标体系构建研究

Therapeutic Supportive Evaluation Index System of External Environment of Apartment for the Elderly

老年公寓是现在备受关注的课题,本研究系统梳理了老年公寓外环境康复支持性的概念、特征、功能,提出了包括道路场地适应性、设施通用性、空间多样化、环境优美度等4方面评价目标及15个评价因子,并运用层次分析法建立起老年公寓外环境康复支持性评价指标体系,以期对老年公寓外环境的评价理论和实践研究有一定的借鉴价值。

Apartments for the elderly have been a popular research field now. In this study, we systematically reviewed the concept, characteristic and function of the therapeutic supportive external environment of apartments for the elderly, and put forward to four aspects of the target layer including road and yard, facilities universality, space diversity and desirability of beauty, which consist of 15 evaluation indexes. The quality evaluation index of the therapeutic supportiveness external environment of apartments for the elderly was established by AHP analyzing method. We hope to provide some references for further theory and application research on the external environment of apartments for the elderly.
