摘要
利用2006—2010年我国R&D经费投入、R&D人员投入、技术市场成交额、技术市场成交合同数的数据,运用灰关联分析理论,研究了R&D投入结构与技术交易规模的关系。结果表明:R&D投入结构与技术交易规模有密切关系,且R&D经费投入相比R&D人员投入对技术交易规模的影响更大;政府和企业作为R&D经费的主要来源,两者的R&D经费投入均与技术交易规模有较强的相关关系,其中政府R&D经费投入对技术交易规模的影响更大;合理配置R&D的基础研究、应用研究和试验发展的投入结构,有利于加大技术交易深度、扩大技术交易广度。
Using the data of R&D expenditure, R&D staff input, technical market turnover and contract number of China during 2006 2010, this paper studies the relationship between R&D investment structure and technology trading scale by applying the grey relational analysis theory. The results show as follows:R&D investment structure is closely related to technology trading scale,and R&D expenditure has a relatively stronger influence on technology trading scale than R&D staff input;the R&D expenditure of governments and enterprises as the major sponsors all affect technology trading scale significantly, and government' s R&D expenditure has a relative stronger impact on technology trading scale. Therefore, allocating the input of R&D's three links reasonably, namely basic research, application research and test development, helps to increase the depth and expansion of technology trading.
