摘要
以非离子表面活性剂Brij35为增溶剂、4-氨基-1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物(DHN)为荧光试剂,构建了一个三碘阴离子荧光检测体系。该体系对三碘阴离子有高选择性的荧光响应,其浓度在0~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内,体系荧光强度的变化与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9956);三碘阴离子的检出限为5.0nmol/L。以自来水为基样,用标准加入法测得回收率结果满意,相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于3.5%。
A new fluorescent probe, N-dodexyethyl-4-hydroxyethylamino-1,8- naphthalimide (DHN), was used for sensing If in polyoxyethylene-23-1aury ether (Brij35) solutions. DHN was solubilized in the Brij35 micelles because of the special structure of the surfactant. The fluorescence of DHN showed distinct changes towards I3- with high selectivity and sensitivity among a series of common anions. And it showed a linear response toward I3- in the concentration range of 0 - 1.0×10^-4 mol/L ( R2 =0.9956 ). The limit of detection of I3- was calculated to be 5.0 nmol/L. Tests for recoveries were made in water by standard addition method; values of recoveries were satisfactory with RSD less than 3.5%.
