摘要
首先介绍了集对分析理论,基于该理论建立了某炼化企业两个不同的维修车间合并后的人员优化配置模型,通过求解该模型,并按实际情况进行人员整合,实现了减员增效的目标。
In the first it introduces the theory of set pair analysis, then establish a personnel optimal allocation model after the merger of petrochemical two different repair department, realize the goal of synergism of depletion of numbers at last by solving the model, and integrates the human resources according to the real condition.
