摘要
研究了生物玻璃粉(BGP)与聚丙烯酸(PAA)制备固化材料的工艺,采用红外光谱分析固化材料的结构变化,探讨了BGP、改性BGP与PAA的固化反应机理。结果表明:BGP中的Al3+、Ca2+等阳离子与PAA中的—COOH基团交联形成复合网络结构,BGP中的SiO2与酸反应形成硅胶网络,复合网络与硅胶网络形成互穿网络使材料固化。
The preparation process about of composite with bioglass powder ( BGP ) and polyacrylate ( PAA ) were studied, and the solidification mechanism of BGP and modified BGP with PAA were discussed though composite structure changes using infrared spectrum analyses. The results indicated that positive ions such as Al3+ and Ca2+ in BGP react with ---COOH groups in PAA and crossed linking compound network was formed, SiO2 in BGP reacted with the acid and formed silica gel network. The interpenetrating polymer Network ( IPN ) was formed by reaction between networks of the compound and silica gel.
