摘要
介绍了实型铸造工艺设计的特点，并对实型铸铁件的质量、缺陷进行了分析，最后提出了实型铸造工艺设计的原则。
The characteristics of cavityless casting process design are introduced and qualities and defects of cavityless castings are analysed. Finally the principles of cavityless casting process design are advanced.
