双齿轮齿条消隙结构的分析与研究

Analysis and study about the structure of eliminating clearance for double gear and rack

对重型卧式数控车床进给机构的双齿轮齿条消隙结构进行了分析与研究。针对双齿轮齿条消隙进给箱在现场使用出现的问题,对双齿轮齿条消隙结构进行重新设计,并对进给箱中最细的齿轮轴的强度进行校核和对齿轮啮合时产生的间隙拟定设计方案并进行理论计算。应用三维造型软件UG和有限元分析软件MSC.NASTRAN的齿轮轴分别进行三维建模和受力分析。仿真结果表明设计合理有效。

Study about the structure of eliminating clearance for double gear and rack was done. A new feed system of 20t machine tool of double gear and rack eliminating clearance mechanism was designed. The oretical calculations were done to check the rationality of system design.A simulation about the gear shaft showed the design was reasonable and effective.
