摘要
档案管理制度是做好档案工作的基础。2013年2月出台的《中国地震局基本建设项目档案管理办法(试行)》是明确地震部门基本建设项目档案管理全过程要求的规范性文件。本文阐述了《办法》出台的背景、依据和主要内容,并分析了如何通过领会把握《办法》的重点内容更好地指导基本建设项目档案工作实践。
Archives management regulation is the basis of archives work. ＂Infrastructure Archives Management Regulation of China Earthquake Administration （Trial）＂ issued in February 2013 is a normative documents that prescribes the whole process of the archives management of Infrastructure project. This paper discusses the background, basis and main content of ＂Regulation＂, as well as how to guide the practice of archives work of Infrastructure project by understanding the key content of ＂Regulation＂.
