摘要
针对某难处理金精矿进行了单因素及连续生物预氧化一炭浸提金试验,研究了矿石粒度、矿浆浓度、氧化时间、pH值及充气量等因素对难处理金精矿生物氧化及氧化渣炭浸提金的影响。结果表明,矿浆浓度、氧化时间和充气速率是难处理金精矿生物氧化及氧化渣炭浸的主要影响因素。在磨矿细度为-0.034mm占75%、温度为45℃、矿浆浓度为14%和充气速率为0.25-35m^3/h^-1·L^-1的条件下,经生物氧化7~8d,单因素和连续生物氧化的硫氧化率和氧化渣炭浸提金浸出率均〉95%。
In this paper, the extraction of gold from refractory gold concentrates ores by single factor and continuous biooxidation-cyanidation CIL process,and the influences of particle size of the gold ore,pulp concentration, biooxidation time,pH value and aeration rate were investigated.The results of biooxidation and cyanidation CIL showed that pulp concentration,biooxidation time and aeration rate were the main influence factors.The oxidation and the extraction efficiency of the gold ore by single bioreactor and continuous biooxidation -cyanidation CII, process both higher than 95%,when the gold ore biooxidation under the conditions:-0.034 mm was about 75%, pulp concentration was 14%,biooxidation temperature was 45 ℃,aeration rate was in the range of 0.25-35 m^3/h^-1·L^-1, biooxidation gold ore time was 7 to 8 days.
