人民币汇率制度实行以市场供求为基础,有管理的浮动汇率制度以来,进出口贸易企业受汇率变动影响加大。以人民币汇率变动为切入点,分析汇率变动对进出口贸易企业造成的正、负面影响,着重建议贸易企业在不同的预期汇率下采用不同的跨境购汇套利组合来降低企业财务风险,减少汇率变动带来的影响。

RMB exchange rate system is based on market supply and demand. Since the supervisory floating exchange rate system has been set, the import and export trade enterprises were affected by exchange rate fluctuation. Taking RMB exchange rate fluctuation as an example, this article analyzes the positive and negative effects on the import and export trade enterprises caused by exchange rate fluctuation, and emphatically recommends that under the different expected rate trade enterprises, the trade enterprises adopt different cross - border foreign exchange and arbitrage portfolio to reduce the enterprise financial risk and the effects caused by exchange rate fluctuation.
