目的对国家药品标准中盐酸吗啉胍含量测定结果进行不确定度评估。方法建立数学模型,对各个不确定度分量进行评估计算。结果通过计算,获得含量测定结果的扩展不确定度值。结论建立的不确定度评估方法合理,不确定度值可用于结果报告。

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the content of moroxydine hydrochloride determined by the method of the national drug standards. Methods We established a mathematic model and evaluated the various variable factors affecting uncertainty. Results The combined and expanded uncertainty was finally obtained by mathematical calculation. Conclusion The method of uncertainty evalu ation is reasonable and the uncertainty value can be used for determination report.
