新型“3H”护理服务模式在儿科优质护理病区中的临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of the new “3H”Care Model applied in the pediatric quality nursing care ward

目的探讨新型"3H"护理服务模式在儿科优质护理服务病区中应用的临床效果。方法 2010年2月至2012年2月在儿科实施新型"3H"护理服务模式,对实施新型"3H"护理服务模式前后的护患纠纷发生率、患者满意度、季度住院人均数结果进行比较。结果实施新型"3H"护理服务模式后,患儿家属的满意度为90.00%,明显高于实施前的74.29%;护患纠纷发生率为2.1%,明显低于实施前的7.3%;季度住院人均数为820人次,明显高于实施前的457人次。实施前后患儿家属的满意度显著提高,P<0.05。结论实施新型"3H"护理服务模式,提高了护理质量,值得进一步推广和发展。

Objective To explore the clinical effect the new＂3H＂Care Model applied in pediatric quality nursing care ward. Methods Before and after the implementation of the new＂3H＂ Care Model, disputes among nurses and patients, patients satisfaction, and monthly number of impatients were compared. Results After the implementation of the new＂3H＂ Care Model,the satisfaction of family members the children was significantly higher than that before the implementation ; the nurse - patient disputes incidence was significantly lower than that before the implementation ; the quarter hospitalization were significantly higher than that prior to the implementation. Differences were statistically significant,P 〈 0.05. Conclusions The implementation of the new＂3H＂ Care Model gives full play to the initiative of nurses, improve that work efficiency, which is worthy of further promotion and development.
