This paper classifies the converter lockup clutches of vehicle automatic transmissions in use, and carries out analysis and instruction of typical constructions and operating principles of three dif - ferent types of lockup clutches in detail. At the same time,this paper also gives out the operating characteristic curve of lockup converter.
