目前,探索出一套适合高职学生的个性化教学模式,以提升学生就业竞争力,是高职院校迫切需要研究和解决的课题。通过对高职学生的就业力指标进行了分析,提出了体现多元化、个性化的教学模式,建立以提升学生就业竞争力为目标,涵盖专业能力、通用能力培养的个性化教学体系。

Currently, to improve student employability and competitiveness.studying a set of suitable vocational students individualized teaching model, is an urgent requirement to study and an issue to resolve for vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of vocational students employability,the article proposed a new teaching model reflecting the diversity, personalization. And a new teaching system, which trained professional competence, generic skills to enhance students＇ employability and competitiveness, was established.
