摘要
本文分析了管道纺纱关键部分凝聚槽结构的主要结构参数。用二次旋转组合设计方法,通过实验,建立了主要结构参数与成纱强力的数学模型。用惩罚函数法进行了优化计算,求得了最佳结构参数。据此设计和制造相应的零件,用于管道纺纱单头试验机上纺制28tex 纯棉纱。使成纱缕纱强力从原来的329.3牛提高到457.7牛,提高了39%。
This paper analyses the main structural parameters of the collecting groove,a key part in thechannel spinning unit.By using the quadratic rotational composite experimental design method, amathematical model is experimentally made of the yarn strength with main structural parametersas the variables.The optimum structural parameters are calculated by using penalty functionmethod.According to the obtined parameters,a collecting groove was designed,maunfactured andused in spinning the cotton yarn of 28 tex on the channel spinning testing machine.The lea brea-king strength obtained is increased from 33.6kg to 46.7kg by a factor of 1.39.
