摘要
本研究旨在探讨性教育干预对不同安置形式下的智障青少年的性行为表现、自我保护意识和性知识知晓率的影响。分别对1所全日制智障学校和1个社区家园共19名智障青少年进行15次共计600分钟的性教育干预,前后测结果分析发现:智障青少年存在不适应性行为表现,但并不严重;智障青少年的自我保护意识薄弱,性知识严重缺乏;短期的性教育干预并不能显著的改善智障青少年的性行为表现;性教育干预能显著提高智障青少年的自我保护意识;性教育干预能有效地提高智障青少年的性知识知晓率;同一干预模式适用于不同教育安置形式。
The research aimed to explore the effect of sexuality education intervention on sexual behaviors,self-protection and sexuality knowledge of adolescents with intellectual disability in different educational settings.Researchers gave 19 participants from a special school for people with intellectual disabilities and a community family 15 lectures(600 minutes in total).Results show that: adolescents with intellectual disability have some inappropriate sexual behaviors and are weak in self-protection and badly lack of sex knowledge;short-term sexuality education intervention can't significantly improve their sexual behaviors but can improve their awareness of self-protection and sexual knowledge significantly;effect has no significant discrepancy in the two settings.
