摘要
研究了采用芬顿氧化法对腈纶废水进行深度处理的最佳工艺线路。结果表明,芬顿氧化法对腈纶废水的氧化处理效果显著,反应的最佳工艺条件为:双氧水投加量1 000 mg/L、硫酸亚铁投加量1 300 mg/L、氧化反应时间为100 min、初始反应pH值为3。腈纶废水经该工艺处理后,出水CODcr可达到150 mg/L以下的排放标准。
The optimum Fenton oxidation process is used to treat acrylic fiber wastewater. The experiment results show that Fenton oxidation process has a significant treatment effect for acrylic fiber wastewater. The best reaction conditions are:the concentration of H2O2 is 1 000 mg/L,the concentration of FeSo4 is 1 300 mg/L,the reaction time is 100 minutes,and the initial pH is 3. The CODcr of treated acrylic fiber wastewater can achieve national emission standard.
