摘要
自控率和平稳率是炼油装置的重要指标,关系到产品质量、收率和经济效益。文中阐述了运用先进的控制方法整定和优化PID控制器的的参数,既保留了先进控制的优点、又保持了PID的鲁棒性,避免了先进控制单独运用的缺点。实际控制效果理想,自控率提高到95%以上。
The automatic control rate and steady rate are key indexes to oil refining unit,and concerns product quality,yield and economic benefit. This paper expounded the application of advanced control method in setting and optimizing PID controller form and controller parameters,which not only remained the advantage of advanced control,but also remained the robustness of PID, thus avoided the disadvantage of advanced control that is used alone. The project implementation effect is significant,and automati ccontrol rate can reach above 95%.
